So far I love the coffee maker and the dual functionality of carafe and individual brew. It is stylish, very easy to use, and makes a very good cup of coffee. I only rated the product as average due to the short duration that I have owned it so unable to truly assess the durability and quality of the product, both of which are critical to determining the value of the product.

Purchased to replace single serve coffee pot that was failing. Researched and loved the option to make a pot or cup in one system. System also has temperature setting, auto programming, brew setting, and single serve has 3 cup sizes. We are very happy with this system and all pods are comparable.

The first Coffee Center we purchased online was one of the ones that leaked. When we finally figured out the problem, we decided to purchase a second one locally, and this one doesn't leak. But the carafe lid could be better designed to prevent water from running down the rear of the appliance. Otherwise we like this dual purpose coffee maker which is obvious since we bought two of them!
