Won't work properly out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knob won't change the intensity of the flame and just spins. I took the knob off and saw that it is rounded out. This is right out of the box new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like using the gas burner when we're doing multiple pizzas, let me focus on helping get them ready rather than keeping the oven going. The knob however isn't great. It doesn't do anything but spin, so I have to use pliers to adjust the flame.

Plastic Control knob melted
