Arrived quickly and was simple

Arrived quickly and was simple to install. Once connected to propane the oven heated quickly. My first pizza cooked perfectly and cooked just as quick as my wood fired oven did but without any soot taste.

I wish I wouldn’t have wasted money to get this over so I could choose between gas and wood. I paid a lot more than the current price for this gas adaptor. I got it 2 years ago. First time o used it it wouldn’t stay lit. We gave up and didn’t use the oven at all for a year. Went back and tried it again and thought it was working got our pizza ready and when out and it was out again. Finally 2 years later we had a party and started using it again and not the ignition doesn’t work and it goes out constantly while using it. I have to stay beside the oven and use a lighter to keep lighting it. Horrible product. Plus the gas will only get it to about 500 degrees and my crust isn’t getting done before the top gets burned. I’m in love with the concept but not the outcome.

Game changer

I thought, and still think, that wood burning is sexy. It totally is, but for a 90 second pizza, unnecessary for me. This is an absolute game changer for my ooni 3 pro. It's incredible, easy to set up and I can focus on making my accidental calzones instead of tending to a fickle, albeit pretty, flame. Go get yourself one.
