Useful but could be better

Good quality cast iron - very heavy. Somewhat cumbersome to use because of the two detachable handles. It takes two hands to operate! This item would be more useful if it had cutouts in the opposite side for handles so you could turn rotate the griddle 180 degrees without having to set it down and physically whatever you are cooking.

If you think the ooni is only for excellent pizza, it's only because you have not cooked chicken on this awesome cast iron pan. The ooni has helped tremendously, along the way of healthier and delicious eating. Well made.

Being an Ooni Castiron plan

Being an Ooni Castiron plan and having the Skillet with handles to be able to easily turn the skillet; I have to say I am giving this 4 stars because in the ooni you need to be able to turn your skillet. I wish it had the handle on both sides so I could turn it and put the front to the back easily for even cooking. That is my only complaint. This would add even more weight as a downfall. But hey, my fajita's turned out fine.
For those that typically don't use cast iron, this is a heavy one. I am little and getting weaker in my age. So I can barely lift this in and out of the ooni safely. I have to call on my husband.
Good news this is a sturdy cast iron and gives plenty of grilling surface.

Works pretty well, but I really wish it had places to attach handles on both or even all three sides so you can spin it in your ooni easily.
