This showed up with the wooden piece broken but it was immediately taken care of and replaced. This is so versatile. We used it as a grill pan and then the next day we cooked salmon filets in the smooth side. Excellent choice as a Christmas gift!

Love this pizza oven. I received this for a birthday present. My kids and grandkids gathered for several days at our home. The night I received it we fired it up. What a fun time we had!! As the guys cooked pizza the woman rolled dough and topped the next pizza. We cooked five pizzas that first night each while cooking the next! Wonderful and and extremely easy to use.

Good product, great service

1) The Grizzler plate is wonderful, it cooks nicely using either side, and it is made of sturdy cast iron. Nice size for 4 people.
2) The wooden base is alright. The first one I received cracked on the first use because of a manufacturing flaw. The replacement that Ooni sent works perfectly after several uses.
3) Ooni customer service was amazing! They responded quickly, addressed my problem in one day, and replaced the damaged wooden base at no charge. Their customer service reps were very courteous and knowledgeable. I was pleased to get a good solid product and customer service that exceeded expectations.

Works great. We made one of the best steaks ever and it sears scallops like a champ. Knocked it down a star because the wood insulation board is so thin if you get it even a little bit wet it will warp and crack so be careful.
