Good overall. Like the ability to remove the handles. The wood holder, warped after one use, which was heat related, not water related. Also seasoned the pan twice prior to use, but didn't seem to hold after use.

Have used it for cooking salmon and it did a wonderful job. pre-heated in the oven until the butter on the plate was sizzling and then put the salmon in - cooked in 3 minutes to medium rare and tasty!

using the grilling side I cooked a steak to perfection in 4 minutes.. beautiful on the outside and juicy on the inside... the only way I will cook steak from now on .. I also like the detachable handles so I don't have to worry about them getting to hot

Fantastic.
Used it only one time so far. I made lemon pepper and ranch chicken wings. They came out awesome. I used the cast iron Grizzler pan at around 600 degrees. Flipped them a few times and served piping hot. So good!
