Your site starts that this grizzler fits ALL Ooni ovens. Sadly I found that to be untrue. I purchased a Kari 12, with which we are quite happy. However, the grizzler restricts the door from closing fully allowing uneven pizza cooking results. I would not have purchased the grill had I known that. Disappointing to say the least.

Wow! Now I sizzle steak and burgers and veggies in my Ooni Karu-16. Everybody think I'm a great cook. Between us, I don't even know what I'm doing! This thing really adds another dimension, just use your imagination. Bravo Ooni!

Just used this plate to cook steaks in the Ooni oven. The removable handles makes it so easy to use! Last time I tried this, I used a cast iron pan but the handle got so hot my gloves burnt! The Dual-Sided Grizzler Plate put perfect lines on the steak and it was cooked just right!

Have made lovely steaks and veg on the grill side of our plate using our Ooni Karu12 Multi Fuel Pizza Oven. So delicious! We have only used wood and charcoal in this oven and it continues to perform beautifully!

Good plate, Poor wood board

Grizzled plate is nice and works well, but with any cast iron, you need to make sure you keep up with care and maintenance. The only complaint that I have is that the wood board is splitting at the seams after minimal use. I'm hoping that it won't continue to split and break apart.
