Great accessory

This is what we think made the oven more than just a pizza oven. We need to cook more with it but we've been too busy making pizzas. Loooing forward to grilling a steak on it.

Used it first to finish

Used it first to finish steaks, which turned out perfect! Low temp cooking in oven first. Also used it for vegetables which was also perfect! Was able to cut bell peppers broccoli and cauliflower and get a nice char on them while keeping them crisp like I wanted. Highly recommend this accessory.

Large and useful size

Large size is great. You can cook 6-8 lamb chops, steaks, etc .
