Grizzler plate is fantastic,have made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grizzler plate is fantastic,have made fajitas which the family enjoyed and one son is a chef and usually quite hard to please,but the real deal is all about the steaks ..never have I tasted a better steak either in a restaurant or on a BBQ top class.The reason I dropped a star and ooni could fix this in a heartbeat is the wooden rest for the grizzler supplied is not fit for purpose a split second time I used it.The grizzler is a quality bit of kit that i will use for many years not so much the wooden rest hopefully ooni can replace or upgrade time will tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it until I washed it. oiled it and now it is all rusty and I cant get rid of the rust. Works great for steaks but I can't get the rust off.

Good Plate Poor Board

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plate its self is good, the handles are ok but don't always fill me with confidence as they can slip if not in correctly. The wooden board warped on its first use. but as I said the plate is good heats up quickly and starts cooking the instant food is placed on, with a satisfying sizzle.
