Quick way to learn

Flour, flour and more flour. Or the only peeling you'll be doing is the pizza toppings from the ooni stone. This peel is the perfect size, but unless you use rice flour or semolina flour, and you've spent years perfecting your wrist action like most married men, you risk losing some of your pizza toppings to the oven floor. Very handy to have, just don't send your favourite pizza first, just in case it sticks!

Nice way to cover up

As much as I like to show off my oven, sometimes it needs to be packed away out of sight. While I havent tested this cover in the full elements yet, it is a good fit with quality materials.

Amazing pizza oven!

It was hard to believe the hype, 500 degrees, pizzas in 60 seconds, but I bit the bullet and bought the Karu 16. All I can say is wow! Watching the pizza crust rise right before my eyes, tasting that oven fired crisp, I'm starting to wonder how I ever settled for any other home-cooked pizza before!
Learning to heap flour on the peel, cursing when the dough stuck the first time and the toppings launched straight onto the stone, well, it was an experience. But after educating myself on the tricks of the trade, I find myself inviting people over just to wow them too.

Great product built to last

Great product which is built well to last a life time, like most cast iron items. Wooden serving board is also nice, however would be good to be able to buy replacements as obviously it charrs over time.
