You just can't beat a

You just can't beat a solid cast iron pan for good heat retention, taste, and ease of cleaning. I cooked a nice rib steak on it and it came out looking and tasting amazing. I am completely sold on my Ooni Dual Sided Grizzler Plate

The size is perfect to prepare supper for two. I prepared and cooked two perfect rib eye steaks in less than 4 minutes. The Grizzler gives a great seer to the meat. We love it!

I use this to cook

I use this to cook my steaks in the Ooni Pro. It will fit 2 to 3 steaks at once. Used Sous Vide for 1 and 1/2 hours then 1 min 45 sec on each side for 1 1/2 " steaks. They were a hit!

Awesome pan! Great for cooking steaks, fish & veggies. Love how you get a perfect sear on a steak outside of the oven! Made my best steaks using this pan and my Ooni. Good value too!
