Body works well and we've had some really tasty pizzas from this little oven. Significant soot after each cook although this may be the brand of hardwood pellets we're currently using. Disappointed with early failure of the baking Stone. Only 3 cooks in and we'll need to replace it.

World Famous Pizzas

First attempt - unfortunately managed to burn the pizza's as temperature was too high. 2nd was good. 3rd round amazing. cooking at Temp's of 350.
Unfortunately the glass becomes black but easy to wipe down and clean so not an issue. Haven't had a chance to use gas yet. Wont need to go out for pizza ever again.

We were very pleased with the speed in which we ordered and received the pizza oven.

Faulty thermostat

I've contacted ooni via email about the brand new pizza oven that the thermostat goes to error and troubleshooting doesn't change the outcome it still reads c f then ___ which is error, but NOBODY gets back to me. How am I meant to know what the temperature is reaching if that doesn't work.
