I love this tool.The best

I love this tool.The best for steaks! Slightly rub them with oil, then approx. 2 min on each side, let them rest a bit and put some Maldon sea salt on. Could not be better!

Handy addition

This is a handy addition to cook meat, fish and vegetables in Ooni. I don't even have a regular grill, just Ooni. Just remember to season regulary the grizzler plate so the food won't get stuck to it.

Hard to clean

Griddle side is hard to clean. Have numerous cast iron pieces but this is a right pain compared to the rest

It is perfect for searing steaks and you can use the handles to take it out the oven and on the wood board. Furthermore it is the perfect size for my oven.
