Amazing quality, really well made.
It's so versatile with the grill design on one side. We have used it for everything from meats to baby potatoes and all kinds of veg.

Underground of non used side crumbles.

Unfortunately the underside of the non used side crumbles auway from the heat. In itself a good product. Also the wood underboard is deformed by the heat.

Great quality product. Because of it's great that you can use both sides of the plate. That really makes it multifunctional.
Be warned, the grizzler is heavy. So do you have problems with your strength, go for something else.
