Amazing! Has transformed my ooni pro into an even more versatile oven. Works great for vegetables and meat, and they taste so good. Have used with gas and wood / charcoal. I was using cast iron pans before but the handles got red hot, so the detachable handles make all the difference. Very good quality and a good size - spatchcock chicken fitted perfectly, with a bit of space for extras. Quite heavy so need to be strong if carrying for any distance.

Got this to go with my awesome Ooni pro so that I can increase my outdoor cooking repertoire. It's reassuringly heavy and seems really well thought out and well put together - the detachable handles mean less risk of injury when removing the pan, and having the board to drop it on to when you take it out saves burning other surfaces! Cooked two fore rib steaks beautifully at the first attempt, can't wait to do more :)

Works brilliantly, super fast restaurant quality steaks an burgers for a fraction of the cost cooked at home. Certainly makes pizza oven more usable.

Makes Great steaks

Had the Ooni duel sided Grizzler for a couple of weeks now, cooks meat beautifully in our Koda. Only grip is the lovely looking wooden board/stand started warping and splitting on the first use. This is the only reason I've not given a a full 5 stars.

Very impressed with this product which I have been using with my new Ooni Karu. Again another well made product by Ooni with a very clever and effective design. It comes with a wooden serving board, which not only provides practicality but also enhances the dining experience - tucking into meat/vegetables from a sizzling hot plate is indeed a highly satisfying experience! This product is a true investment and, in my opinion, an essential for anyone who really wants to make the most out of their Ooni oven.
