The plate itself is great. We cooked steak and chicken on it and it was delicious. The only issue I have is that the wooden board split on first use. Waiting to hear back from customer services.

Used this grill twice now and must say its brilliant,really heavy and solid. Heats up quick and the handles help to not burn your hands. Fantastic must have.

Best tasting steaK we've ever cooked! While the meat was resting we chucked some cooked new potatoes onto the plate For a couple of minutes, they were great too.
