Love using this massive iron skillet :call_me_hand: I had a smaller one that was ok but could only do so much at a time, but now I've got this bad boy plus it a dual-slides plate you can cook almost everything on it :grinning_face_with_star_eyes:ð³ï¸

Being fairly new to ooni, I have been experimenting quite a bit and this is a great addition. Chicken finished off with a great char is unbeatable, this is large enough for large servings. Easy to clean and store. The wooden base is a great addition, and once we can entertain again this will be a great centre piece.

Fabulously made piece of kit! Ideal for steaks, fajitas, spatchcock chicken ... the list is endless.
Detachable handles are a boon a they obviously don't get hot.
Wooden board very solid and ideal for serving straight to the table.
Fits perfectly in our higher quality RoccBox pizza oven! :rofl:
