Once A Week, That's All I Ask...

I use the Ooni Dual-Sided Grizzler Plate AT LEAST once a week! Monster Steaks, Chicken Kabobs, Double-Cut Pork Chops, and even veggies! The hard sear and perfect doneness I get is unparalleled!

Love my Grizzler Plate!

Loved my new dual sided Grizzler! Made a steak and it came out perfect! No longer need to have a huge Weber taking up space and the cleaning part was easy! Please keep sending recipes, this lady wants to learn how to cook more on her Ooni!

Great conception, but have not

Great conception, but have not found the application making it worth the effort. I have tried steaks, chicken, fajitas, pork, meatloaf, fish and its just more work than the stove top or BBQ. I understand the effort to make the Ooni the do all, but its a uni tool and makes great pizza.

Grizzler plate does a great job and we use it often because the Koda is so much more than a pizza oven. It's a little heavy for me so I'm extra careful handling it. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the board underneath is very flimsy. It warped and is starting to split after only a few cooks. It's such a convenient part of the grizzler that this should be addressed.
