Great plate, Shame about the board

The plate is excellent - good size and quality but the board isn't fit for purpose. It's made of three pieces of wood which bowed when it came in to contact with the hot plate and broke into three pieces.
A solid piece of wood would be much better. Ooni kindly replaced it but doesn't solve the problem unfortunately - a design fault that needs rectifying.

This is fab plate we have used it more than we thought we would. Spatchcock chicken is the best treat of the week for us now. Love it. Like all ooni products it is well made beautiful piece of equipment

Let's face it, it is just a pan. But it does exactly what it says on the box. Very heavy (so feels like you're getting your monies worth). And most importantly, great steaks!!!!!
