It cooks very well both meat and vegetables. The size fits perfectly in my ooni karu oven. I am really happy with it and I use it regularly every week! It keeps the temperature and it is a high quality piece!

Great accessory to have. Simply place in the Ooni to heat before adding your choice of food. Fabulous size for making a complete and quick meal for two. So far, we have made; steak with potato wedges and veg and chicken thighs with roasted veg. Both were restaurant quality.

Great quality product - definitely needs to two handles as it is very heavy!! We did steaks followed by cayun vegetables - so good.

Great piece of kit.

great piece of kit for the ooni pro I was given at Christmas, allowing me to cook up steaks, kebabs, shrimp, all sorts! Very well made and easy to use with the clever detachable handles. And Cast iron of course so can take an amazing high heat without warping.

Whilst you may think this grizzler is a tad more expensive than others it is made to fit the onni, is well constructed and well designed to boot! Perfect for steaks
