Practical to take in and out, but poor quality

Bought this to cook steaks on the Ooni and upon a second use the coating material of the grizzler is already peeling away, plus the wooden board to put it on top can't take the heat as it's bending so much it will surely break very soon.

Excellent product. Good sturdy removable handles are ideal for using in the pizza oven . I use it on induction hob as well to cook salmon on the flat side. Also done breakfast on the barbeque. A great allrounder
