We've been using this to make ribeye and sirloin steaks. They cook in about 3-4 mins and are some of the best steaks my family has ever eaten. We get the grill to 900+ and cook them with olive oil and Montreal seasoning. We use the flat side. It's big enough to fit two steaks on at a time which is great when you are cooking for a family. We then add asparagus when the steaks are done...absolutely fantastic. In our experience the plate get to temp in less than 10 mins.

More versatile than expected! !

The Dual-Sided Grizzler Plate was a perfect size for the steaks and salmon we cooked, and the grddle plate is perfect for eggs and bacon!
The only downside was the Beech Wood serving board warped severely after only two uses. The serving board is still functional, just not in the way it wasn intended. Cast Iron is the Best!

Wow, an incredible addition to an Ooni

Probably the best accessory we've bought for our Ooni. Can be used for steaks, other meats, veggies....we even used it on our stove top to make pancakes! Really versatile and a great addition to any Ooni!

I haven't used it yet. The weather, the politics, who wants to cook out? Like the removable handles so it doesn't burn your hands. Thoughtful design. Like all your stuff. Got 2 complete ovens with all attachments. Bravo.
