Used this to make an Oktoberfest Roast Chicken inside the Ooni. This is a solidly built piece of equipment, up there with higher end cast iron. Not only an Ooni accessory that enhances use of the oven, it can be used in other places as well. The unique design lets you use either the grate or flat side to cook, expanding its uses. Glad we made this purchase, and the wood-fired roast chicken was incredible!

Great Plate, but Warped and Split Wooden Trays

I'd give just the iron piece 5 stars. We use the grizzler all the time for vegetables in our 16" gas-powered Ooni and the pan is great! The dual handles make getting the hot iron plate out of the oven easy. The size is great for grilling all the vegetables we can eat. The wooden tray, however, is a bust. Literally. The first one warped after one use, the replacement split in two. We have a thick wooden board we now use as a hot pad. We've made it work, but a more thoughtfully designed wooden tray would make this an even more incredible accessory to a great pizza oven.

I haven't used it yet but the feel of it is the same feel as a top quality tool. I can't wait to cook up some steaks for another amazing meal out of the UUNI Pro 16.
