Great grizzler pan for lots more recipes!

At first the pan didn't seem to work and didn't cook my steak well and made the color grey. Reached out to Ooni and their great customer service and they sent me some awesome videos on how to prepare the steak and use the grizzler better there are some good tips on the video.
Also once it was seasoned more, the pan temp got hotter so it seems to work a lot better and now we really enjoy cooking steaks on the Ooni grizzler. The wood holder and the two carrying handles are very useful as well. We love using our grizzler with our Ooni oven a perfect pair for enjoying even more recipes!

The new. Grizzled pan is

The new. Grizzled pan is wonderful. It allows me to cook multiple steaks and veggies in my Ooni Pro.
My only complaint is that the wooden base that it rests on warped after only a few uses which makes The pan very unstable when it is resting on it.
