Great idea but lackluster results

It does a decent job cooking vegetables, but I would still choose a nice hot cast iron on my semi-pro stove over this any day. I tried cooking a nice ribeye on this and just could not get a nice sear like I do on my stove. I tried the other side and still lackluster results. Really cool concept and potentially convenient if you are already outside cooking on the ooni, but otherwise I would stick with a traditional cast iron on the stove top.

Great product, very well made, used it for grilling chicken and hamburgers and making pocket sandwiches so far, only downside I've found is it's hard to turn it in the oven for even cooking, it would be nice if there were brackets on both ends for the handles.

this is by far the best money you can spend if you plan to grill veggies or meat in your ooni. I've tried to use other but the size shape makes it hard to do that. This is just an easy to use perfect accessory. I use it just about every time i make pizza to grill eggplants, or other veggies in seconds. Money well spent.!

An OK product

My biggest frustration with this product is that it is not set up to use the handles from either end. The other pans such as the cast iron skillet allow the pan to be turned and put back in the oven.
