Perfect accessory for my Ooni.

Perfect accessory for my Ooni. Used it to sear steaks, scallops and asparagus. Removable handles are great for keeping oven temps high. Well made.

Love it especially because of the handles to get it deep into the oven and then out again. Sure....it's expensive but it really works well.

Best steaks and hamburgers ever

It is perfect for grilling steaks and hamburgers. It only takes a few minutes. The meat is seared on the outside and jucy on the inside. Since is only takes minutes, it does not have time to day out.

How to rotate?

This pan is made well but should have slots on both sides for the handles! It's near impossible to turn around in my Koda 16! Seems like that could've been an easy solution? It was such a hassle that I may never use it in my Koda 16 again. Sadly disappointed...Thought it would be a major part of my pizza oven :(

It's fine, but really needs to have handle holes on both sides so food can be turned. With L shaped burner you need ability to turn plate around. I ended up ordering 2 oval grizzler plates to make up for this. I would suggest getting those instead.

I love it. I use it on my gas grill more than in the oven but it's an amazing piece of hardware.
