Too Heavy for me

I am a female and the pan is too heavy and the handles are too close together which makes it uncomfortable for me to carry. I am sure this is fine for a guy, but not me. So I purchased another smaller pan and use two side by side, that works Perfect!! I Love my Ooni Grill!!

We grilled carne asada +

We grilled carne asada + peppers & onions & it was perfect, 90 seconds each side. This time we used propane with the front door open but it was still smart to leave the handles off until turning or removing to keep them cool.

Perfect party size cast iron gill plate for my Uni Pro!

I needed a larger grill plate for when we entertained. This plate easily fits 6 salmon fillets or enough vegetables to feed a party. Love that I have two sides to select from depending on my needs.

Awesome dual sided plate

Used it only once for fajitas and it was awesome! Heats up quickly and really holds the heat well, plus it was super easy to clean up after seasoning it.

I would give it 5 stars but this is going to take some getting used to - cleaning/care of grizzler side and it's heaviness. I gotta work out more! Also wish there were more basic recipes for using this and the pizza oven. The website posts mostly fancier recipes. I'm not that cultured in my cooking!
