I cooked some pork chops

I cooked some pork chops he other day that turned out wonderful. The plate is a little heavy but I think that's good for heat retention.

Grizzled is great!

Cooked a tomahawk steak for my first cook with the grizzler. Started it low and slow in my oven till it measured 115F. Then finished it on the grizzler in my Karu. 1.5 minutes per side and that thing was perfectly crusted, fat nicely rendered, and turned out one of the best steaks I've had!!! What a great way to finish a steak.

Walls too low

Walls of this pan need to be higher.They are too low and juices tend to overflow and burn on the pizza stone.

We use this plate to cook almost every meal we make in our ooni! Be sure to season it well to make clean up super easy. We found a stiff toothbrush was best to use after the first few uses.
