A must have for great grilling

Very well done product. I wish they had an accessory for cleaning .... dont forget to olace some olive oil spray after is cleaned so it does not rust

After getting my ribeyes ready in my sous vide - I got my Ooni Pro up to temp. This size plate worked well for three nice size ribeyes. Worked perfectly to sear my medium rare steaks.

Great but difficult to rotate inside oven! 4/5

This is a great accessory to cook everything else besides pizza in the Ooni Pro!
I've been cooking with fire for over 2 years with the ooni pro and a large 400 Sq in wood oven. The ooni cast iron accessories are my favorite and preferred to use in both ovens because they are easily manipulated and the handle is out the way to keep things compact and safe (no 500* handle to touch!)
Because this grizzler is large, I wish that in future revisions/improvements, it would include additional holes on the sides so it would be easy to turn for more even cooking!
See attached pic! Salmon cooking is very delicate. I like to have the cast iron ripping hot and leave the fish on skin size down for a crispy finish. That said, I do not lift/turn the salmon-- I just turn the grizzler around to rotate to/away from the fire for even cooking. With food on the grizzled, it makes it heavier to turn while inside the oven.

I love this grizzler plate. The plate is large enough to create a nice sized meal. It's heavy so I'm very careful to handle it correctly.

When you can sear filets at over 700 degrees the combination of great design and incredible oven creates better than restaurant quality food every time.

Great build, performs amazing, and easy to clean up. I roast everything in this, from meats to veg. Really expands the use of the Ooni oven.

The Grizzler pan itself is

The Grizzler pan itself is a high quality pan that produces nicely seared meat and peppers and onions. Unfortunately, the wooden tray to set the Griizzler plate on warps very easily. Ours was left outside, next to the pizza oven, on a covered patio and it is completely warped.
