Love it...But caveat!

It's a great little pan. Fits nicely in my Ooni 16 but! I can't rotate it like my pizzas. So the stuff gets a little cooked in the front and a lot or burned in the back. Maybe it needs two more handle spots (four total) so it can be rotated. OR I'm willing to admit...Am I missing something? Do I use the turner to rotate the pan? Anyways, really like this pan very much. Stuck on how to cook evenly on it.

I use the grizzler for chicken and vegetables. That helps explain why I haven't used my charcoal grill all year.
The high temperature burns the seasoning off the back left corner of the grizzler. I'll try reducing the flame.
Has Ooni considered allowing the handles to be used at opposite ends of the grizzler? That would allow you to even out the heat distribution.

So we were able to use it once and loved it. However our Ooni Pizza oven that we had only had for about a week, burned up in the Dixie Fire in our house in Greenville CA. We want to purchase another one but we are waiting to see if they ever get this darn fire put out. Been burning for 4 wks and in I think 4 counties.

The only thing I can say at this time is AMAZING... It is huge and I didn't know anything about the cutting board that came with it!! I may just hang it up in the Kitchen for looks...

Used this last night to make fajitas, created a sizzling delight better than I've had in restaurants. The plate is heavy, very heavy and I'm a little concerned about the handles being inserted properly when moving it. Looking forward to more delights on this
