This is a terrific size

This is a terrific size for searing two steaks or roasting a heap of veggies. I wish it had the slots for the two removable handles on two sides, not just one. Very hard to maneuver when red hot without the handles.

Underwhelming and overpriced

Awkward and unwieldy. Cannot be rotated within the grill. Heavy, as you would expect from cast iron, but it's not very good quality cast iron. There are other, better, alternatives out there -- especially made of carbon steel.

Plate great, handles a bit scary

I used this for the first time and while I will keep using it and think that the plate itself is great, the handle situation is not. I was smart and practiced over and over with it cold, trying to be certain that I could confidently slide the handles in and out as necessary quickly. I find myself struggling. I believe that I have one mildly defective handle for because each time that I try to use it I am having catching and it doesn't seem like it fits in well - it is just slightly too large and I have tried both pan sides with it, same issue. I will have to determine shaving it down in some way is possible. I used the plate to reverse sear a steak and that worked fantastically - but I end up leaving the plate in when I flipped and using tongs to quickly pull the steak out, flip and return.

Love the pizza out of

Love the pizza out of the Ooni, well that's kind of a blatant statement of the obvious. But this Grizzler finishing up reversed seared steak is absolutely amazing too. Haven't tried the flip side for fajitas yet! Awesome accessory to this great pizza oven.

Hard to clean and maintain

This thing needs to be treated with kid gloves or it will rust. Unfortunately, It's hard to maintain and clean - the grooves are hard to clean, and its hard to effectively apply light oil to them as well.
