I like lg phones so was happy with the replacement due to your updating your service. I didn't like the fact I had to buy a new phone because of that. The phone was easy to set up but misbehaved a bit but service corrected the receiving message issue quickly. Everything is working fine now. Thanks to the help service and chat. Thank you

mind boggling

first smartphone & found it difficult using & understanding the basic functions. forget access to WIFI . still working on that after a week . a lot of misleading instructions . dozens of little symbols that I have no idea what they are for. thank goodness I still have my old flip phone . as a backup. I'll work on the issues little by little

Bricks when activating

I bought this thinking it would be an upgrade to my cracked screen. Upon activating the phone it told me to manually restart. Which I did. And it never turned back on. Perfect for a paper weight. Not so great to communicate.

Wanted to update and chose this phone because I have had good experience with LG. The phone works great, is faster than my Fiesta 2 and I like it. The fingerprint unlock is nice. My wife and I have had at least 6 LG's and they hold up well. Moved my contact list easily. I don't play on my phone very often so can't comment on that.

My previous phone was an LG Stylo 3 and I loved, loved, loved it!! Unfortunately, I dropped it in the toilet and could not save it. Since they no longer sell that model, I settled for the LG Premier Pro Plus. So far I don't have any major complaints. Just need to get used to differences.

I was recommended this phone because it was "similar" to my last phone. I paid twice as much for this one and it is incredibly slow. I have to tap on things multiple times and still it doesn't take me to where I want to go. Also I hate that the emergency dialer is located directly over the button I need to get to the main screen every time I use my phone !
