I was forced into buying a new phone because TracFone was no longer supporting my old one. The LG has some nice features, but also freezes frequently and I have to restart it several times daily to unlock the apps. Seems cluncky to use. In time I'll learn to cope, but at this point not a huge fan.

Good functional phone with some stellar features

I purchase a phone for two reasons, text and phone calls. I rarely use it for anything else. The only issue I have with this LG phone is a little larger than I would prefer. that said, I enjoy the bright display and the fingerprint security feature. Otherwise, it is a good functional phone.

Disappointing

Was trying to just upgrade a little from my current LG. Salesperson showed it to me online and it was purchased.Upon arrival found that memory card slot would not open,also found that the little to open it was also missing from the package.It was supposed to be included in the package.I attempted professional help which was unsuccessful in opening the memory slot.Upon further inspection it appears this phone was not new as I was led to believe it was.
