The worst phone I've ever owned, do not buy!

I've had this phone less than a month and it constantly freezes, I'm using less than a 1/4 of it's internal memory and is non-responsive multiple times a day and I'm forced to do a hard reset ( holding the power button and volume key). DO NOT waste your money on this phone!!!!!

Beware did not tell me about you got to stay one year with tracfone before you can take it to another carrier. I love tracfones service superior( was going to them) but not now, I read on line that all careers do not lock there phone but they do. I am sad about leaving them but I'm gone now. My money is wasted I'm so sorry,sorry

Loaded with to much junk !!
Requires to many steps to operate for the purpose intended
Sound quality not as good as the old one. Actually, rather poor.
