The phone is fine, but we bought 2 of these phones because we were told you could use the phone with wi-fi calling. This is proving to not be the case, which is very frustrating.

NO MOBILE DATA !!! This is a 5 star phone, BUT

I've been with Tracfone for over 12 years now and never had any problems. I do believe Trac to be the best of this type of carrier. BUT I am having the worst time with phone!!! It's not that I can't operate it, I've been using android 10 for almost a year now and I "think" I understand the system, but for some reason it (the phone) will not open "Mobile Data" and allow me to use my data while off wifi. Other than that, WHICH is a BIG THAT, the phone is nice. I have 6 lines 4 of which are LG phones (I do prefer LG) and am able to operate all phones without issue. Mobile Data is second nature almost, but for some reason I can't access it on this 1 phone. I am unable to give a recommendation at this time or even give an honest evaluation due to this problem. This is more or less some insight into one consumer's experience with the above model unit.

I currently have the phone right now and recently in the same day the phone's system ui stopped 5 times and before that my phone was factory resetted

I've used Tracfone for years, and this is my 4th or 5th phone---always an upgrade, no phone failures.
LG's all seem easy to use (texting, email, internet, calendar, etc.). Was able to upload contacts and other files via Bluetooth before transferring my phone number to the new phone, so it was ready to use as soon as I activated.
Activation online was easy and quick! Several years back, I had a problem activating a phone, but the past 2 or 3 went very smoothly!
I use my cellphone alot, but not for games or tons of photo storage, and this phone meets all my needs. Battery life seems very good, so far.
