Good price absolute outdated specs

come on lg its 2020... 2gb ram and Helio p22 chip. This phone can barely even play roblox or minecraft. If you used just 3gb ram and a slightly better chip it would be perfect. Now I own a flagship samsung galaxy but I know that $80 can be better because look at Amazon HD 8 now thats the right chipset to use

Nice phone, but SD Card is a limitation

I bought this phone when we traveled out west because my existing service (B00st) did not have adequate coverage where we were. Unfortunately, I have since discovered that, though the specs states the memory is expandable (up to 2Tb!!), NONE of that can be used as internal storage; it can only be used for portable storage. Meaning you can't move any downloaded apps to the SD card as I was able to with an older LG phone running an older version of Android. I contacted LG and they admitted it was a software, not hardware, limitation, so it seems like they could fix it if enough people complain. Just be aware.

Phone did not function properly-had a glitch

My phone was a pain to set up. After several days of trying to make it work, calling 3 times & trying many fixes on the internet, my phone would not display proper screens for fixes & kept freezing up. Finally I called again, I spoke to SHEENA. We tried several fixes, no luck. She advised me the only way left was to do do a factory reset & lose all info & start over. I agreed. She walked me through the procedure and the phone seems fine now. What a hassel. ALSO, phone would not do LG switch or Smart switch, so phone is causing me to put in everything from scratch. Not a great experience with this model.

Bad notifications - no repat like samsung phones

The good - Camera is better than equivalent-priced cheap samsungs.
The bad - notifications for missed calls, texts, etc. don't repeat as they doon cheap samsung phones I've had. Also, the vibrate for missed notifications when picked up that Samsung has, doesn't exist on this LG. As for the review above about no cases. The pro plus DOEs fit in a wallet case, but as of yet, there are no plastic "skin" cases fr the phone. I use the wallet style anyway so this wasn't an issue.
