Bought it very recently. Have had some challenges. Didn't ship till second business day for some unknown reason. Already locks up some times. Does not receives all texts in a timely manner, or some times at all. Haven't figured out yet how to disable some news alerts (Google News). Camera tends to fight you when trying to get a quick photo. Not as many features built into the phone & text notifications even though same brand and nearly same price point. I do like the fingertip unlock feature.

So far its ok. Havent downloaded anything and its glitched and froze a few times. Been turned on since Christmas day 2020.

The phone has a great price and is very nice, good battery life, etc. But this is the second L455DL I purchased in 3 months. The screen is very delicate and cracks easily. The first one I did drop from a coffee table and the screen shattered. My second one started chipping on the sides of the screen even though I do have a cover on it, and then the screen cracked in my pocket. I haven't dropped it, just breaks in normal use. I've purchased a different phone because of this. Just so delicate.

It has everything I need to run my desired apps and has no trouble with battery life. Excellent for a cheaper model.

The phone works just fine when it is working, but it locks up (unresponsive) at least two times a day, and has to be reset by holding volume down plus power button for 11 seconds.

Bought this for my sister since her other phone was not doing all she needed to do. She is super happy with it and wished I had gotten it for her sooner. Easy to buy a case for. Just looked on ebay !!

"Freeze" This Phone is junk!!

I just got this phone a few days ago & all it does is FREEZE UP!!!! I bought this phone because my sister has the same phone & it works fine with her carrier, she loves it. Me not so much....it lags & freezes up all the time, & at the worst times! Definitely not happy with this purchase.
