Gorgeous, Extra Large Pan

Enormous Paella/Fry Pan. Seer and braise lots of meat, etc. at once. Solid cast iron keeps entire pan evenly heated. The deep blue exterior adds to the package!

Great for more than just Paella!

I purchased this pan because I love making paella and I find that the cast iron gets nice and hot, so it creates a crispy crust of rice that is my favorite part of the dish, but I found that this pan can be used for so much more! I love to bring it camping and I am able to use this over the fire to make a large batch of eggs for breakfast for everyone!

I want this pan!

I use my Staub fry pan quite often and have thought of getting another. When I saw this beauty, I changed my mind. This pan is next on my list because of the size of the cooking surface, the lack of. stick handle, seems like it will be much easier to maneuver on the stove top, in the oven and then to the table.

I just added this pan to my Staub collection. It fries, sautes and braises beautifully. The pan has amazing heat distribution and works well on my not so great stove top. It can with stand temperatures up to 500F and works on all cooking surfaces. We even use it on our BBQ for an additional heat source.

Paella is one of those dishes that does really need its own pan and this one is great! I use it for many dishes other than paella as well, but when you need a paella pan, it is great to have one that is versatile and can do other things as well. Some that you have probably seen are very thin and so the dish can burn easily; having a cast iron paella pan solves that problem and others as well. It is easy to transport to the table with the double handles and is a beautiful presentation!

Amazing Paella Pan!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Paella Pan and made fresh Spanish Paella the same day! I love the blue color and the Paella turned out wonderful - all guests loved it! Excited to purchase some additional Staub pans!
