This generously sized grill pan is great for chicken breasts, steaks and sandwiches. I use it indoors on my gas range as well as outdoors on the grill. The matte black interior coating cleans up so easily and I love that the gorgeous enamel exterior doesn't scratch even when scrubbing off baked on food. When you use Staub cast iron you can count on perfectly even heating surface so that all your food will be cooked thoroughly at the same time.

It's like a Large, Tough Stovetop Grill

Grill Heavyweight grill pan holds lots of meat at once...it has great heat consistency so people that want cooked a certain way get it! The enameled deep blue colour interior wipes clean quite easily.

Great sized grill

This grill is great in so many ways. The enamel coating never needs to be seasoned. It cleans so easily as well. The cast iron heats very evenly and holds temperature giving great browning and grill marks. The deep ridges keeps fat and drippings off of my meat giving great cooking results. The double handle design as opposed to a long handle gives much more cooking surface while taking up less space in storage.

Great Barbeque Alternative

Living in Chicago, we are limited to the days we can grill outdoors. We are a barbeque family, and found this to be a great alternative. This pan affords even and direct heating which is necessary for good grilling. Nice high grooves allowing for great grill marks as well as authentic tasting and looking food.
Love that I can finish thick cuts of meat and poultry in the oven up to 500 degrees. Also easy clean up especially when coating the food with a nice layer of olive oil, rather than putting oil directly on the grill pan. My kids are gleeful when ever they see this pan on top of the stove, a great meal is coming their way.
