Great size

I really like the size of this grill pan. It easily holds four chicken breast, chops or steaks. The lack of a long handle is such a plus. I can slip this pan in the oven and not worry about if the handle is going to take up too much space. Also works great on a grill.

Whether you have an outdoor grill at home or not, this dark blue grill pan is fantastic indoors and out. In the winter, I like to bring this piece out to grill my burgers and asparagus on the stovetop. But in the summer when I am out using the grill more, the asparagus is much safer on this guy than on the grates of the real grill. This way, I can avoid the precious asparagus spears from falling through the grates while still achieving the coveted grill marks and that delicious smoky flavor. Plus, the double handles make it oh so easy to transfer in and out.

I sue this one for both lunch and dinners! Throw your salmon burgers, fish and chicken on it, and also grill those panini and grilled cheese sandwiches! So much you can do with this pan - heats quickly and evenly and hold the heat to keep things warm longer.

We started years ago with the 10" grill pan and have been very happy with it. As our family grew we upgraded to the 13" grill pan. It accomodates more food and I like the double handles as it distributes the weight more evenly. The raised grill area is high enough that your food doesn't soak up the extra grease or oil.

Great Grill Pan

Surprised my brother with this Staub grill pan and the grill press for his big 5-0 birthday. In addition to burgers, steak, chicken, or pork, he uses it for grilled vegetables. He likes that the double side handles make for easier storage than traditional stick handle and wweight of pan is more evenly distributed.

I love the double handle on this grill pan, I love the grill pan, but the double handles make it so easy to transport to the table from the stove or BBQ. Great heat induction and retention on this pan, which is typical for all Staub pans. I use this freqently and could not imagine not having it!
