Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I know the quality of LG laundry products, I was surprised that the wash tower has all of the same functionality of products sold as separate units. It's also an incredibly quiet unit whether using the wash or dry function. Finally, from a space-saving perspective, getting full sized washer & dryer that takes up so small a footprint is really genius and works when downsizing.

Saving space, sacrificing quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my 6 yr old LG full sized pair on pedestals, which were fabulous by the way, to save floor space. This tower is quieter but clearly doesn’t clean nearly as well as my old set as evidenced by the debris that comes out of the dryer when you open the door and the laundry doesn’t smell as fresh as it used to. The lint trap doesn’t really seat properly and the dryer sheets keep getting caught under the lint filter holder. Also didn’t realize how low you have to bend down to get items out of the washer.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Efficiency

I bought this new combo washer/dryer thinking it would be more efficient than my old one, this dryer doesn’t dry my clothes completely it takes more than one cycle. It’s not what they promised as energy saver. Very disappointing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works Great - Although Has Wi-Fi Connection Issues

I bought this machine a couple months ago and often times when I go to turn on the machine with the app on my phone it does not work. The Wi-Fi does not connect well with the appliance - this is an appliance issue as my Wi-Fi is super close to the machine (signal strength is strong). With the Wi-Fi issue, the app often does not seem to see the machine (or that the app itself is a problem) in that I often cannot download the other wash cycle types due to the app not connecting. I found the only kind of solution is to unplug the machine to reset the Wi-Fi issue, but that only lasts a few hours or maybe a day. Very inconvenient.

Great washer/dryer unit

Love This Washtower

Nice all in one unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit a few months back and find it very easy to use. I am 5'4" so I like the controls for the washer and dryer in the middle of the unit. The only complaint is the dryer collects lint on the inside of the door.
