BioBidet 600 - great product

The BioBidet 600 does everything you need in a bidet. It has a heated seat and warm water that can be adjusted for position and pressure. It was easy to install. The hardest part of the whole process was installing an electrical outlet near the toilet. But that wasn't horribly difficult. The bidets that are more expensive have more features, but the extra features are not critical or needed, e.g., a lid that opens automatically and that has lighting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great product!

Just installed in about an hour yesterday, first time every using a bidet and it was an exceptional. The heated seat and adjustable water nozzle makes for an incredible experience, would highly recommend.

Great until the seat cracks

I’ve bought two of these. Both seats cracked after 8-12 months of use. After the second one cracked I bought a new seat, drilled holes where the rubber pads and filled it with spray foam. This is working to keep the seat from cracking. Wish the seat was more rugged. I weigh 220 pounds

Best Experience ever!!

We bought a home and this seat was in the master bedroom. After 1 month we purchased another for my man cave. I didn't think I'd like a bidet until I found myself unable to use any of our 4 remaining bathrooms. The heated seat with water warmer will have you the feeling same way. Great job BioBidet!

Seat paint wears out constantly

I would actually give the bidet a 4.5 star with the only complaint that the dryer doesn’t work that well. But, I have replaced the seat twice now due to the paint wearing through. The first time I figured my wife used chemicals that caused it. But this time we made sure it was only wiped with water yet it still “wore out” within 6 months! They would look like black spots at first then get bigger. Not gonna spend any more money on this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible. Do not waste money on this brand

I bought this product and within months sprayer did not work. They sent me another seat without remote. Could not use until I received the right remote (it took 2 times before they got it right). When we received the reMote the toilet did not perform like the first. I left message for Supervisor to call. She never did. She let her tech (Alexa) talk to me (What a waste of my time). Bottom line they will not send me another seat until I send them the one I have. The only problem is my toilet is downstairs (I have handicap people over). Where are they to use toilet when they come?

Great Bidet seat

This is the 2nd BioBidet bidet seat I have purchased. The previous one is a BB1000. These seats are reliable and do a good job. They are easy to install, I'm an old woman and I did it myself. I highly recommend this brand and their products.
