Cute, but a bit incomplete

I had a lot of fun building this and I love the interactive elements. My issue was that my kit was missing some pieces in the 2 and 4 packs. It was frustrating to find the gaps and I couldn't supplement enough pieces to make up for it. I can see the gaps, but I still love the product. Just wish there was more detail for the price.

Awesome set

As soon as I saw this set I knew I had to have it. It has a lot of cool details from the movie car and does a good job of recreating the look of the DB5. In reality the DB5 has a rounded, curvy shape that is difficult to recreate with blocks but Lego does a good job pulling it off. I had no issue with missing pieces, the color is consistent over the entire kit and it was very straight forward to assemble with no real issues. All the gadgets work well for me and the only real issue I had was with the pop-up panel that "protects" the back window. I had an issue when I built it but after taking a moment to study the instructions and just think through the mechanism I got it all figured it out and it works fine. It's a solid build with nothing flimsy and I highly recommend it to anyone who's a fan of 007 or the Aston Martin DB5 in general.

This build has a lot going on from machine guns in the headlights to ejection seat. Must double check that things are put together properly.

I have been wanting this model since...day 1. What can I say besides that it... is... awesome. The build was all consuming and it was sooo much fun. It didn't take long as my last build but still just fun. On to the next one.

Excellent Set for any Bond Fan!

This has been a very enjoyable build. It's a complex build at times and can be easy to make a mistake or two if instructions are not closely followed. Made some myself, but was able to troubleshoot and go back to make changes.
It's a very neat set when everything is done right. I've seen some reviews mention that they've had certain parts not work, but I've had no issues myself. Everything should work as long as instructions are followed closely. Seeing the ejector seat work as flawlessly as it does is easily one of the most fascinating parts of the build. It's amazing overall that so many other features like functional rotating turrets and bullet proof shield among other things were fit into this one set.
Overall, very nice set which will provide you hours of entertainment!

I’ve built plenty of Lego sets and this one really stood out to me. The building experience was really fun because of the play features included in the set. Really pleased with the end result, something that is nice to look at and fun to show others the quintessential James Bond gadgets. Glad I picked one up before it retires!
