Perfect starter set!

I bought this set for a friend interested in German knives. This set has been amazing for me! I cook often, and the variety in this block, and the sharpness of the knives has made me really fall in love with this set! Plus, the handles fit so well in my hand.

I love the variety & complete set one gets with this block. So far, using the paring, utility & Chef the most, and also using bread, tho not quite as much. This set will take me through just about any needs I have, along with those rare meat occasions! Feels good in the hand, not too heavy, and very balanced.

Great set of knives

If you're looking for premium quality knives but, at a great value, this is the perfect set. Includes many specialty knives not commonly included with most knife block sets. With a big family, the eight fine edge steak knives are quite sharp and work really well without shredding meat when cutting. I prefer a chef's knife with a bit more weight, but these knives still make my prep work easy. The handle is super comfortable if you have larger hands too. A nice addition to any kitchen!

love having a full set of knives at the cabin. These are lightweight, and the best assortment you could every want. The steak knives are great, and there are enough different knives to have the whole family help meal prep

Great quality for the price

This set is a great value for the piece count. Although the knives are stamped (no bolster), they are made of the premium high carbon German stainless steel in Germany. I love that it comes with both the 2.75" peeler plus the 4" parer so that I have more options for small fruits and veggies. The traditional 3 riveted handle is well balanced and the bamboo block will pair perfectly with any kitchen color scheme. Having all 8 steak knives set already built in the set and not having to purchase separately is a bonus. I prefer to hand wash.
