Great set of knifes.

Forged would be better, but we are home cooks that appreciate quality products. Time will tell the quality, but their reputation is solid. Hope to get some good use out of these.

Very sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that knives are very sharps. I don’t like they are very light weighted and that the 6” utility knife 30723-162 doesn’t touch completely the cutting table due to the curvature of the handle.
