Great Prodcut, exactly what we were expecting

Ordered this block set for my wife to replace a mixture of older knives. She always wanted the 2 man version. All of these are very sharp and cut and slice better than expected. I'd recommend this set to anyone looking to replace their older knives.

Knives are great just missing one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the knives seem great. They have a nice weight and feel to them and cut well. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star review is my set was missing the vegetable knife and instead had a 9th steak knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many different sizes to choose from and the one I got is self sharpening. Every time you replace knife in its specified spot it sharpens for me. What a fabulous difference from my old set.
