Excellent set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the German quality that is so obvious in this set. Feels good in my hand and cuts true. I like the bamboo knife block. Adds a nice little touch. I have seen some complaints about the slots not being form-fitting for the knives. Frankly, I don’t want my knives to have any friction against the block and I have had no problem with them falling out. One dislike: the 4.5-inch utility knife is just a 9th steak knife which obviously is not really needed. The set would have been been more versatile if had the Twin Signature 5.5 Chef’s Knife instead.

Knives are wonderful, knife block could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are probably the best knives I have ever used for cooking. However, the knives don’t fit very well in the knife block in some spots. Some of the spots for knives are much too large for the knives provided. Also the addition of a 9th steak knife does not make much sense. All that said, these knives really are superior to others and I will definitely make another purchase from the company.
