This is a very complete knife set with the wide assortment that comes with it. The fit and finish on the block and knives are excellent. Knives are well balanced and are extremely sharp. Exercise care when handling any of them.

I’m a huge fan of how sharp these knives come out of the box. Balance is perfect, even sliced through paper like a dream. The steak knives are what really set this block apart as they cut through everything without any force behind it.
