Nice set but not all slots in block are filled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife set is a big upgrade for me. Knives are super sharp out of the box and set looks nice on my counter. One of the steak knives had a small bend on the tip which we fixed by hammering it down. My only complaint is that not all knife slots are filled and I had to order separately a bread knife and 6 in utility knife. For the price paid for the set I feel like those knives should come with it. I will still have one open slot which I will fill later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had these knives for 3.5 months and use them everyday. We hand wash (no dishwashing) and they still look and perform great. We wish the bread knife was longer and would have been great if there was another parring knife because it’s the one most often used but we hand clean after each use so we aren’t waiting on the washer to complete its cycle to use a knife. The steak knives have been great. We don’t like the block because it takes up too much space on the counter so we use a magnetic strip on the wall that we got from a previous knife set. Would buy these again.

16 pc Henckels International Classic Forged Knife

What I would like to have included in the set would be the serrated bread knife. The web page photo mentions the bread knife but one is not included in the 16 pc set purchased. We will purchase a bread knife separately. All else is good
