For what I paid for this knife set I shouldn’t have to take them to get sharpened out of the box !!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steak knives are great. Really nice that they are sirated and then not. Very sharp. The metal goes all the way down through handle.The block has a good bit of wiggle room for the knives. Not sure if that's a plus or negative yet. Overall, Very pleased so far.

Great knives, even better value, carving knife and fork included! This set would make a great bridal gift or gift to yourself. The knives included in this set are all knives that are used frequently. German steel and super sharp, this set will last for years to come.
